Here to support you header

helpWe formed the charity in 2004 to support people with mental health problems, and that remains our central aim.

We focus on what people can do rather what they cannot, and we look at ways of helping people to build confidence and self assurance through joining in with voluntary work with us.

It may be that you only wish to talk thingskeep-calm-we-re-here-to-help-5 over to begin with and that is fine too. We are happy to listen and help you to feel better about yourself. Many of our staff and volunteers understand what it is like to have mental health problems, so you will not be talking to someone who doesn't care.

Once you start to feel a little more positive, perhaps some voluntary work with us would help. As a supported volunteer, working alongside caring and thoughtful people, even if it is only for an hour or two, you will soon start to feel much more optimistic.

You could help us in woodworking, online sales or administration, depending on your wishes and perhaps your experience.

If you feel ready to volunteer, why not give us a call then pop in and see us?

We are a friendly team and you will be made really welcome.

We value our volunteers greatly, and we were awarded the 'Queens Award for Voluntary Service in 2015, which we are very proud of.
